Step 1 - Overview

In order to appreciate the extent of a project we firstly take an overview of  the situation, This is done at a free meeting with the client. The consultant will guage what issues there are, what targets you want to set out and what marketing plan you have in place to work from. Following on from this meeting a proposal with a fixed price will be provided by our consultant outlining the tasks and ways to go forward, including a project plan.

Step 2 - Review

Depending on the siutation, our consultant will review the project in depth to understand what issues there are, what technology is in place and whether your goals are attainable or not with the current infrastructure. A fully written report outlines the necessarysteps for you to meet your objectives.

Step 3 - Implement

If the client wishes us to proceed with the implementation of the changes in the Review, we can undertake this work as a separate project. A number of avenues are now open to our clients:
